Unity & In-App UA

Moloco

A machine-learning DSP for in-app advertising that buys programmatic mobile inventory, used in iGaming as an app-focused acquisition channel alongside Unity.

Moloco is built around registered apps and app campaigns, optimizing on first-party events through its ML engine. It is not a universal send-traffic-anywhere platform the way teams often imagine Meta to be: it wants an app, an SDK, and clean event signals to learn from.

Buyers weigh Moloco against Unity by inventory fit and event quality: Moloco can scale hard on the right offer but punishes thin tracking. As with Unity, the deciding factor is the infrastructure around the campaign, not the campaign settings themselves.

In buyer speech

Moloco started outscaling Unity once we fixed the postback and let its model see real deposits, not just installs.
