Traffic Flow
A defined slice of traffic routed through a funnel or TDS.
A traffic flow is a defined slice of traffic routed through a specific funnel or TDS path — a combination of source, geo, device and filter rules mapped to a particular chain of pre-lander, lander and offer. Flows are the routing logic layer: one campaign can feed many flows, each treating its segment differently.
Buyers build flows in trackers like Keitaro or Binom to split traffic cleanly: Android to the APK flow, iOS to the PWA, bots and moderators to a white page, leftover geos to a smartlink. Each flow gets its own stats, so optimization happens per segment instead of per campaign. Sloppy flow rules are a silent killer — one misordered filter can dump paying users onto a safe page for days.
In buyer speech
“Check the Keitaro setup — the iOS traffic flow is leaking into the Android funnel and those users can't install the APK.”
