For iGaming and app-install buyers, BIGO Ads matters as an alternative source when Meta and Google accounts burn or auctions overheat: moderation is comparatively tolerant, CPMs in Tier-2/3 geos are low, and short vertical video creatives transfer over from TikTok playbooks with light editing. The trade-offs are thinner targeting options and volume ceilings outside its core regions.
