User Flow

The full path a user takes through a funnel, from click to conversion.

User flow is the complete path a user travels through a funnel, from the first ad click through the pre-lander, landing page, form or registration, and on to the final conversion — every screen, redirect, and decision point in sequence. Mapping it makes visible where users actually go versus where the funnel intends them to go.

Buyers audit user flow to find leaks: a redirect chain that drops mobile users, a form step with an outsized abandonment rate, a payment page that fails in a specific GEO. Each removed step or fixed break lifts end-to-end conversion without new traffic. The discipline is walking the flow yourself on the target device and GEO — through a proxy if needed — because funnels break silently and the numbers only tell you something died, not where.

In buyer speech

Walk the whole user flow on a mobile proxy from that GEO — regs collapsed yesterday and I bet a redirect in the chain is broken.
