The conversion event varies widely: a minimum first deposit for brokers, an issued and accepted loan for lenders, or a KYC-verified signup plus trade for exchanges.
Reading the conversion definition is everything with a finance offer: "FTD $250" on a trading offer means your user must deposit that amount, not merely register, so the funnel has to pre-qualify aggressively. Buyers also watch for call-center dependencies — many broker offers only convert after an agent phones the lead, so payouts hinge on the advertiser's sales team and lead pickup rates, not just your traffic quality.
